How To Create PDF Files With A PDF Creator?

Steps

1. Download the PDF creator. Download a good quality PDF printer/creator application to your PC. A good application usually takes less than 5 minutes to download.

2. Install it. Run setup file of PDF printer to install it. This step will hardly take 1 or 2 minutes.

3. Check File > Print dialog. As soon as the PDF printer is installed on the PC, a virtual printer (or you can say a fake printer) will be shown in the list of printers inside File > Print dialog.

4. Restart the system. Few PDF creators require the user to restart the system after installation. If this is the case, restart the system. If restart is not required, move on to the next step.

5. Open any application which allows printing. Open an application such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. which allows printing of files. The PDF printer/creator can create PDF files from only Windows-printable files.

6. Choose file and print. Open the file which has to be converted to PDF. Choose ‘Print’ option and select the installed PDF printer from the list of available printers. This will create a PDF file from the Windows-printable file, instead of printing it.
